I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this Domino's. The service was a major issue from the start—my order was promised in 30 minutes but didn't arrive one time. When it finally got here, the quality of the food was shocking. The crust on my pizza's was pale and doughy, and it tasted like it had barely been in the oven. The cheese wasn't even melted properly. It's clear that no care was taken with either the food or the customer service. I won't be ordering from here again.

Once again dominos sent my order to wrong outlet just like last time. Last time the pizza came cold due to this and this time they even added free pizza in the bill and when I canceled the order they refused refund the reward points. Last time was the fourth time they sent cold pizza. Uninstalling their app.

WORST EXPERIENCE: 1. Very dry and inattentive staff. 2. Unhygienic - dough, toppings, preparation carried out with bare hands. No gloves. On specific objection they said that their Company has stopped using gloves. However, confirmed that other brands are still following this practice. 3. NO BILL - After receiving the payment in cash the counter girl didn't issued the bill. According to displayed sticker in case of non receipt of bill the customer gets free pizza. Flat denial even after sending an email to the Domino's. If you are looking for hygienic food items - think twice before placing your orders.
