Walk-in Customers Not Welcome Anymore? Visited Domino’s in the morning expecting a quick bite, but was extremely disappointed. The entire order counter was blocked off for what looked like a private event — possibly a birthday party or kitty party. There was no clear signage or staff support for walk-in customers. I waited for a while but no one helped or guided us. When I politely requested space to place an order or sit, a senior lady involved in the event said, “It’s our programme going on.” This kind of attitude is unacceptable. Domino’s is a quick-service restaurant, not a banquet hall. It seems Domino’s has started renting out their space at the cost of regular customers. Standards have clearly fallen — no proper crowd management, no communication, and absolutely no regard for the dignity of walk-in customers. Disappointed and left without ordering. Never expected this from Domino’s.
