I had a very disappointing experience at the Domino’s outlet in Uttam Nagar West. The service was extremely poor and the staff was unprofessional and rude. They showed no sense of urgency or customer care, and there was a complete lack of coordination and hygiene. Such behavior is unacceptable from a reputed brand like Domino’s. I hope the management takes strict action and improves the service quality at this outlet.

One of the worst dominos outlet out there, food quality wasn't good enough when I visited there 1 month ago. Again today I ordered online and after waiting for more than 2 hours they were not even responding to calls and at end said "Machine kharaab hai, time lgega", this was really disappointing, Dominos should SHUT this outlet. (Order #231)

Very bad service people there . It's just that they don't want to work properly. I ordered two Pizza and a side . They denied to deliver the order . Through the Domino's app the store is selected, it's not my fault. But the only problem is that they don't want to deliver because of poor work ethics . Very bad strore. They don't know how to deal with the customers and don't want to work . This store should have proper authority and action shall be taken against the delivery boy there .

I have ordered 2 items chicken sausage pizza and taco from dominos app for surprise to my daughter on fathers day but the taco which i received was too salty she was had a bite and thrown and at that time I was so disappointed. I was recommended to everyone that not to order from uttam nagar West dominos store worth taste and spoil all the day
