When you hear the word Domino’s, it automatically brings a smile to your face—especially if you are a pizza lover like me. I have been ordering from Domino’s since my childhood, and it has always been one of my go-to brands. However, over the last few orders, the Pusa Road branch has been consistently disappointing. Because of this, I usually avoid ordering from this outlet. In contrast, the CP Domino’s outlet is excellent, but unfortunately, the Pusa Road one is not. On the night of 21st Dec, I was extremely hungry and had no other option, so I placed an order from the Pusa Road Domino’s (Order No. 383, screenshots attached). This single order involved four extremely unpleasant incidents, which compelled me to finally write this review. I am writing this after 10 days only because I was caught up with work, but the experience was too bad to ignore. Incident 1 – False Delivery Status & Rude Delivery Person The delivery person was shown as 4–5 minutes away, yet the order was suddenly marked as delivered. This is clearly done to meet the 30-minute delivery policy, which is completely wrong. I immediately called the delivery person and asked why the order was marked delivered when I hadn’t received it. He casually said, “Madam, aapke ghar ke paas hoon, 5 minute mein aa raha hoon” and then disconnected the call. He arrived 5–6 minutes later. I requested him politely to give me extra oregano. He bluntly refused, saying he didn’t have any. I told him I tried contacting the restaurant, but the number redirected only to chat support, which was temporarily unavailable. I requested him to at least give one oregano sachet, but he refused again. While handing over tissues and oregano, they fell on the ground. My hands were occupied as I was holding the pizza box, so I asked him to please pick them up—but he simply ignored me and walked away. This behavior was extremely arrogant and disrespectful. Incident 2 – Extremely Poor Food Quality After calming myself down and going inside (as it was late and I was very hungry), I started eating the pizza. The taste was terrible—honestly, one of the worst pizzas I’ve had from Domino’s. There were huge chunks of onion, making it completely unappetizing. I have shared pictures and videos for reference. I still ate it only because I was starving. Incident 3 – Wrong Item Delivered Then came another shock—I had ordered normal garlic bread, but they sent stuffed garlic bread instead. I immediately called the delivery person. He asked me to contact Mr. Ram from Domino’s and shared his number. Incident 4 – No Apology, No Ownership, Delayed Resolution I explained the entire situation to Mr. Ram. Not once did he apologize. Instead, his response was, “Ab main kya hi karu madam.” This was extremely unprofessional. I asked them to send the correct garlic bread, as I was still hungry and the mistake was entirely theirs. He said it would arrive in 15 minutes. I waited patiently, but it didn’t arrive. After calling again, he said it would come in 2–3 minutes. I clearly told him that if it comes after 5 minutes, I will not accept it, and he agreed. The correct garlic bread arrived after 20 minutes, with the same delivery person. I returned the stuffed garlic bread and refused to accept the new one, as I was no longer hungry and extremely irritated by then. The delivery person insisted, but I stood by my decision. He then called Mr. Ram and left. The worst part? I paid for the garlic bread but never got to eat it. Domino’s has my money, and I got nothing in return. The total order amount was just ₹537. It’s not about the money—This amount of money does not make anyone superior or inferior—it’s about service, accountability, and basic courtesy. Till date, I have not received a single call, apology, or follow-up from Domino’s regarding this incident. Pathetic service, arrogant staff, poor food quality, and zero customer care. I would strongly NOT recommend the Pusa Road Domino’s outlet to anyone.
