I placed an order expecting the convenience and reliability Domino’s claims to provide, but instead, I was met with unprofessionalism and complete disregard for customer satisfaction. The delivery partner Awanish Kumar outright refused to deliver my order to my provided address, citing it was “inconvenient” for him. Shockingly, he demanded I travel to a different location to pick up my order, which defeats the purpose of ordering delivery in the first place. When I politely refused and insisted on delivery to my location, he became rude and abruptly cancelled my order without my consent. I am jot happy with the pizza quality and staff behaviour really I am visited so many dominos stores even out of city also but patel nagar staff really not good and the behaviour very worst specially staff leader sawan I will never visit this branch maybe not eat dominos pizza also
