I am extremely disappointed with the service provided today. The hygiene and cleanliness were very poor. There was no proper cleaning of the floor, the tables were also dirty, and overall maintenance was not up to the basic standard. Additionally, the staff seemed untrained and not attentive to customers. This is not acceptable, and immediate improvement is required. Please take necessary action at the earliest.

I ordered a Farmhouse Pizza last night from the outlet and the quality looked no better than a roadside pizza. From a reputed brand like Domino’s, customers expect proper quality and presentation, but it seems like this outlet doesn’t care about customer satisfaction at all. When someone spends their hard-earned money to order from a well-known brand, they expect value and quality in return. If this is the kind of service being offered, then honestly, local pizza shops do a much better job. Domino’s should seriously work on its quality control and staff training, or it risks losing customer trust completely.
