ordered the big size 6-in-1 pizza online. Unfortunately, when I received it and opened the box, the entire pizza had slid to one side — clearly a result of careless handling during delivery. On top of that, the pizza wasn’t even hot, which completely ruined the experience. I tried raising the issue through the mobile app, but no one has responded or followed up. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service. Worst experience I’ve had with a pizza delivery. Probably Domino's cannot afrord a professional delivery partner.
