Domino’s just robbed me today. Ordered for 6, app took my money instantly, never confirmed the order. Twenty minutes later? Still “Pending.” Staff shrug and say, “Call customer care”—number’s dead. Thirty more minutes wasted before they promise a refund. Still nothing. Not just me—others in the store had the same mess. Years of loyalty down the drain. Domino’s, you’ve lost me for good. Pizza Hut got my money today… and actually gave me pizza 🍕

Domino’s… what a joke today. Ordered for 8 people on the app, money gone in seconds, but no confirmation. Twenty minutes later it’s still “Pending.” Ask the guy at the counter? “We can’t help, call customer care.” Guess what? The number doesn’t even work. Waited another 30 minutes before they finally said, “We’ll refund you.” Cool. Except… still no refund. And it’s not just me—saw a few others in the store with the exact same problem. Been a loyal customer for years, but this was the last straw. Domino’s, you’ve lost me. Ordered Pizza Hut instead, and guess what? No drama, just pizza 🍕

Domino's App took payment without confirming order for party of 8. Shows order pending after 20 mins. Dominos guy says "Sorry, we can't help with the app, call the customer service number", which is out of service. Offers a refund after 30 mins of waiting. Still haven't recieved refund as of now. Will update tomorrow. Few others at the store also had the same problem as me. Very disappointed. I have been a long time customer. Will never visit again. Ended up ordering Pizza Hut today 🍕

There is so much mosquitoes inside of the dining. That's very annoying and disturbing one while eating a food. Very poor atmosphere and hygiene.
