I visited Domino’s to order Pizza Mania and the Lunch Feast, but I had a very disappointing experience. When I tried to place the order directly at the outlet, the staff told me that both items were out of stock and said they could not take my order. At the same time, we checked online food delivery apps, and surprisingly, Pizza Mania and Lunch Feast were available and accepting orders online without any issue. This created a lot of confusion as a walk-in customer. What was more uncomfortable was hearing the staff talking among themselves inside, saying things like “why take orders like this.” Such internal discussions should not happen in front of customers and felt very unprofessional. If these items are genuinely out of stock, they should be marked out of stock both offline and online. If online orders are being prioritized over in-store customers, it should be communicated clearly instead of giving misleading information. This experience showed a lack of coordination, transparency, and proper customer handling at the outlet. I hope Domino’s management looks into this issue and ensures better staff training and consistency between online and walk-in orders.

Don't order from this branch. The pizza was missing from the order and the customer service is atrocious.
