Very very poor service. Yesterday I had ordered 2 medium pizzas and 1 portion garlic bread and I received the order after 1.5 hrs that too from some other outlet without garlic bread for which I don't know if I will get refund.the pizza was very cold and dry.after waiting for such a long time I didn't expect the food to taste worser.the most disturbing part was the customer service network is not transparent. They gave me the store number which was continuously busy.i raised a complaint through toll free number and it will be attended within 24 hrs which is literally of no use .their app doesn't give real time update .when I reached out to the delivery partner whose name was mentioned in the app he said it was wrong number .there wasn't any rain in chennai and the app showed due to rain in your area your order is getting delayed .I think it was my fault to choose this outlet which I will never repeat again .

Final Negative Review Message I had one of the worst experiences with the Domino’s Guindy outlet. I placed an order for a Chicken Keema Pizza over the phone after the staff confirmed it was available and clearly told me it would be delivered in 30 minutes. I waited for half an hour, only to suddenly receive a message saying the order was cancelled without any explanation. No one informed me about any issue and there was absolutely no communication from the store. What made it even worse is that I tried calling Domino’s customer support three times to get clarity, but no one picked up. I only kept hearing the automated voice system which did not help at all. Earlier the store did answer once, but after the order got cancelled they stopped responding. When I tried using the support link they sent, the virtual chat simply said I had no current order so it could not help me. There was no way to reach an actual person to explain the issue. This shows a complete lack of responsibility and customer care. If they cannot deliver the order, they should inform the customer immediately instead of making them wait. The whole experience was frustrating and unprofessional. Very disappointing service from Domino’s.
